The Platform is not a law firm and does not practice law or solicit lawyers. All legal services are provided by empanelled lawyers acting in their independent professional capacity.
By accessing or using Legaldirectory.ai — whether via the website, WhatsApp, or any other channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
The Platform facilitates booking of the following legal and documentation services:
Services are subject to availability and geographic coverage at the time of booking.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. The Platform accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. By completing a payment, you acknowledge acceptance of the applicable service price and these Terms. Prices displayed are inclusive of Platform fees unless stated otherwise. Applicable government taxes (GST) may apply.
All lawyers empanelled on the Platform are independent legal professionals registered with their respective State Bar Councils. Legaldirectory.ai does not supervise, direct, or control the legal advice or services rendered. The Platform is solely a facilitator of the service engagement.
All content on this Platform — including text, branding, design, icons, and code — is owned by or licensed to Legaldirectory.ai. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Legaldirectory.ai shall not be liable for the quality, accuracy, completeness, or outcome of legal services rendered by empanelled lawyers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays caused by government offices, third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any disputes arising from use of this Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Legaldirectory.ai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
