- Document Data: Property documents, identity documents, and legal papers uploaded voluntarily for legal review or service delivery.
- Payment Data: Transaction identifiers processed via Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials on our servers.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, device type, and browser information collected via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Communication Data: Messages, enquiries, and correspondence sent via WhatsApp or email.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To assign your service request to a suitable empanelled lawyer.
- To send booking confirmations, service updates, and delivery notifications.
- To process payments securely through Razorpay.
- To respond to your queries and provide customer support.
- To improve Platform performance, user experience, and service quality.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Empanelled Lawyers: Your name, contact, and relevant documents are shared with the assigned lawyer solely to deliver your service.
- Payment Processors: Transaction data is processed by Razorpay under their own Privacy Policy.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
5. Document Security
Property documents and legal papers shared with us are used solely for the purpose of the service booked. Documents are handled with strict confidentiality and are not retained beyond the service delivery period, unless you have explicitly opted into our Document Locker service.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve our Platform. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some functionality may be affected. We do not use advertising cookies or sell behavioural data to advertisers.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
