If you cancel within 2 hours of payment and before a lawyer has been assigned, you are entitled to a full refund. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference.
Once a lawyer has been assigned to your booking:
"Work commencement" is defined as the lawyer having reviewed documents, initiated a client call, commenced drafting, or taken any substantive action on your service request.

Cancellation requests are processed during business hours: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the following circumstances, with a full refund:
Rescheduling of lawyer home visits or consultation slots is permitted up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Late rescheduling or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee of up to ₹500 or forfeiture of the slot.
Cancellations for the Liaising Officer document procurement service must be made within 1 hour of booking. After that, the fee is non-refundable as document procurement may have already commenced with the relevant government portal or office.
